Refund and Returns Policy

Items Eligible for Return:
  • Only unopened and unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • TKTX creams that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@numbtouch.com

 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@numbtouch.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the refund request.

Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please securely package the item and ship it back to us at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund Amount:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
